Jason is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest level of legal representation and real estate market advice. He focuses his practice on real estate, short sale, foreclosure alternatives, and alternative dispute resolution.
After working for a private litigation firm, Jason formed Wells Realty Group, PLLC and Wells Law Group, PLLC in 2010 to strengthen his commitment and ability to empower struggling homeowners and investors throughout the Phoenix metro area. His hands-on involvement in the Arizona real estate community sets him apart from many of his colleagues as one who deals with short sales and foreclosure alternative on a daily basis.
Jason attended Brigham Young University where he earned bachelor’s degree in communications. He later graduated cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College. Along the way, he was also named a Pedrick Scholar in his second and third years. This same focus and dedication can be seen in the way he practices law and represents his clients.
Chris graduated from the University of Utah in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Communication and a minor in Economics. He attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona and graduated in 2008. Chris is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is admitted to practice before all Arizona state courts.
In 2007, Chris began working for a boutique firm based in Washington, D.C. that is mainly focused on representing companies that have been investigated or penalized by federal or state agencies including, the FTC. Chris has extensive experience in federal and state advertising and unfair competition laws.
Chris brings the Wells Law Group a wealth of experience in administrative law and in particular dealings with the FTC. He is an accomplished mediator and dispute resolution advocate, who has focused much of his study to Arizona real estate law.
